Lockdown has all been about this guy. Our ups, downs and everything in between. You know parents often think their kids are so lucky to have them and should be “grateful” etc etc. But I don’t know, I feel we’re the ones who should be grateful. Grateful that we were able to conceive, carry a baby and deliver a healthy baby. From the very start they begin to teach us so much. About life, perseverance and resilience. I know it doesn’t always feel like that. But sometimes, just sometimes when we get a moment of silence, it really is lovely to think about all that we’ve learnt from these little humans!!
I am really and truly blown away at the amount of love and support I’ve received over the blogpost. You guys know I do it for fun, not for money or whatever else. I just truly enjoy sharing my feelings with anyone willing to read them. And it makes it all worth it when we get to have a chat about it. Thank you so so much for taking the time to read the blog. I know I am not the best writer in the world. Nor am I a perfectionist so things are usually probably a little messy (like Me) but I really love sharing a part of me, especially when it resonates with others. The blogpost was truly from my heart, a true and honest version of my thoughts.
*NEW BLOGPOST*
JUMMAH MUBARAK 🙏🏽♥️ photo of the last mosque we visited in Gibraltar! The views were incredibly beautiful but we couldn’t go in as the mosque was closed due to staff getting covid in there.
My Tuesday thoughts are that I really should complete my pending blogposts that I always put off 😑. I love writing blogposts but I always struggle to complete them and proof read. sometimes I question as to whether anyone ever reads them or even finds useful 🤷🏻‍♀️. But once I have written them I feel so excited to have put together some memories of all the fun times we have had as well as the experiences we have absorbed.
Brightening up your feeds on the first day of the month! We were fortunate enough to have a really bright day so we most definitely enjoyed every bit of it. We went for a walk this morning and a little picnic. This afternoon we went for a play date and had the best time 😍♥️. Days like today remind me of how much the weather impacts our mood and general well being. I hope this bright and cheerful photo puts a smile on your face too!
