February dump; February started with an infection and ended with being unwell too 😂. The busiest and most fun month, but oh so exhausting. Alhamdulillah so so many wonderful memories 🙏🏽
January 💫 so many wonderful memories made! Afternoon tea, book club, brunches, massage, Riahs first walk in the park, pretty sunrises during shook walks, Desi breakfast and so much more ♥️
My heart yearns for a place that was once home. A home full of memories, beating hearts and warmth. I’ve been afraid for too long to return to a home without a heart beat and painful memories. A home that now feels like a house and bricks. I yearn for things to be how they once were, memories full of laughter, dancing and love. I’m petrified for the memories to be erased and replaced with heartache.
Aren’t we all a little bit sad? There’s some sort of sadness in all of us. I see it existing in everyone around me as I grow older. Some are grieving; grieving for a loved one or grieving for Who they used to be. Others are sad because of loneliness, even in a room full of people, they feel alone and isolated. Some others are sad because of how overwhelming life can be. In this fast paced life, at times it’s impossible to keep on going.
My 20’s were definitely all about spontaneity; travels and good times. But it’s my 30’s that’s teaching me all the life lessons needed to grow and survive in this world. I am currently learning to “let go”. .
Yesterday was a reminder that I’m on the right track and life is exactly where it’s meant to be. Nothing more, nothing less.
