Aren’t we all a little bit sad? There’s some sort of sadness in all of us. I see it existing in everyone around me as I grow older. Some are grieving; grieving for a loved one or grieving for Who they used to be. Others are sad because of loneliness, even in a room full of people, they feel alone and isolated. Some others are sad because of how overwhelming life can be. In this fast paced life, at times it’s impossible to keep on going.
My 20’s were definitely all about spontaneity; travels and good times. But it’s my 30’s that’s teaching me all the life lessons needed to grow and survive in this world. I am currently learning to “let go”. .
Yesterday was a reminder that I’m on the right track and life is exactly where it’s meant to be. Nothing more, nothing less.
There’s something so calming about the blue & white combo. Throw in some greenery and I am SOLD.
My biggest achievement of 2022 has been to get help for post natal depression. Acknowledging that I have a problem and then seeking out for help wasn’t easy but it was necessary.
Time for reflection & gratitude. I have so many thoughts crossing my mind right now. I’m going to type some of it up and share. Maybe it will help someone else, maybe it will inspire someone and maybe no one will give a s*** - but unless I share how will I know 🤷🏻‍♀️
